Wingman
Wingman is a unique youth leadership program that develops social and emotional skills through team bonding and trust-building activities. Wingman inspires children to be more empathetic, courageous, and inclusive young leaders.
Surfer’s Healing
Surfers Healing seeks to enrich the lives of children with autism and the lives of their families by exposing them to the unique experience of surfing.
LWSRA
Since 1976, the Lincolnway Special Recreation Association (LWSRA) has provided recreation services for individuals with disabilities through a cooperative agreement with its eight member park districts, while promoting greater disability awareness in the community.
USASF Exceptional Athlete Division
The U.S. All Star Federation Exceptional Athlete Division instills an “I can do” attitude in individuals with disabilities. Through sport, the USASF teaches valuable lessons about grit, discipline, teamwork and—most important—the respect that comes from inclusion.
